TJQMBB is a reaserch-based balance training regimen designed for older adults at risk of falling and people with balance disorders. Fuzhong Li Ph.D., Senior Scientist at Oregon Research Institute, developed the program.
 
Program Objective: To improve strength, balance, and mobility, and prevent falls in older adults and individuals with balance disorders.
