Yoga Schedule
Yoga in the Park is returning Sunday May 24th. It will be held at Pioneer Park down the hill from the Y on Henderson. We will meet at the end of the parking lot by the childrens play area and covered picnic area in the tree line. Plenty of shade or sun. Bring your mat or blanket. Bring your kids and friends all are welcome for this gentle and community sharing practice. Every Sunday through the end of September (Weather Permitting) at 10:00 AM. Hope to see you all on Sunday. Cancelations will be posted on this site by 4pm on Saturday prior to the Sunday Practice.
Sundays - Pioneer Park
Weather Permitting the class is held each Sunday from May24th to September 13th, group photo will be September 6th.
Gentle Yoga 60 minutes -10:00-11:00am
This is a free practice for the entire community so bring your friends and neighbors. Designed to gently assist you in improving strength and flexibility. Perfect for beginners, seniors, those of you coming back to Yoga or looking for a gentle practice. Check here each week to make sure we will be practicing. Senior Center Membership required 55+. (Get the Annual Membership). 5$ per class.
Tuesdays and Thursdays - Zoom Classes
All online classes are by donation, this allows everyone access to practice, regardless of financial situation. I appreciate all donations, they can be made using the donation button to the left.
